Name: Captain Smiths
Label: "Classic ales by Titanic Brewery
Brewery: Titanic
ABV: 5.2%
Rating: Captain Smith's last reported words as he went down with the ship were "be British boys, be British"
Game: The World Cup is well under way and in the group stage after two games so far Spain have lost, France have lost and Germany have lost. England haven't lost a game and yet the fans, lucky enough to be there, boo the team off the pitch after a 0 - 0 result against Algeria. Rooney loses his temper with the fans. I'm with Wayne on this one I think. The fans are whining that its cost so much money to get to South Africa. I guess they're forgetting that they haven't paid thousands of pounds just to watch England, they've also paid for their airfare, their hotel, their sustenance, oh and because they've gone on HOLIDAY.
Game and ale reviews all in one handy place, helping you to game and drink excessively. Bite size reviews for those in a hurry or people like me who can't be arsed reading more than a couple of paragraphs in one sitting.

Hot Cross Ale (Titanic)
Name: Hot Cross Ale
Label: "Brewed especially for Spring, this beer combines spices, sultana flavours and hops to create a delightful ale with a hint of hot cross buns - Seasonal beer, limited edition"
Brewery: Titanic Brewery
ABV: 4.5%
Rating: Does actually taste like hot cross buns. Spicy.
Game: The announcement of Gears of War 3 (here is the Gears of War 3 Ashes to Ashes trailer) has spurred me on to revisit Gears of War 2. Having shamefully done only one play through so far, it's definitely well overdue a replay.

White Star (Titanic)
Name: White Star
Label: "Founded in 1985 and based in Stoke-on-Trent, Titanic brewery is named in honour of the infamous ship whose captain, Edward Smith, hailed from the Potteries"
Brewery: Titanic
ABV: 4.8%
Rating: So easy to drink it will fool all but the crustiest of sea dogs.
Game: Today was a good day to be an Xbox 360 owner as Sony done a boob. Thankfully, Microsoft allow you to actually play the games you've bought for your console without coming up with some horrible error message. And I've only had the red ring of death twice...

Iceberg (Titanic)
Name: Iceberg
Label: "Shipped from the Potteries"
Brewery: Titanic
ABV: 4.1%
Rating: Goes down like a lead balloon
Game: Wolverine is so good that Dragon Age isn't getting a look in at the moment. Wolverine is simple from a puzzle perspective but the special moves and quick kill moves never get old. 8/10.
