Scarecrow (Wychwood)

Scarecrow (Wychwood)
Name: Scarecrow
Label: "Organic Golden Pale Ale"
Brewery: Wychwood
ABV: 4.7%

Rating: "Organically grown English Barley Malt & whole leaf Target Hops combine to evoke lazy, hazy days of summer in this serenely satisfying golden harvest brew." It's an Indian Summer at the moment too so get the Scarecrows in!

Game: Well that’s Gears of War 3 done. I’m at a loss for words to describe how great the single player campaign is. It’s a brilliant ending to round off an exceptional trilogy. Even the end credits are good, especially the music. I was wondering who wrote and performed the song that plays over the credits. After a seemingly futile search, up stepped @TheElderlyGamer who scoured the whole of the entire Internet in search of an answer and found out within about five minutes (the clever so and so). Body Count and Ice ‘mother f*ckin’ T are in the house!

Never enough – WE WANT MORE
Body parts and brains
Blood on the floor

Never afraid – WE’VE BEEN HERE BEFORE
We are – THE GEARS OF WAR!

Here are the complete lyrics. Body Count are great, rap infused thrash metal way ahead of its time, For. The. Win.

thank you for the mention, (bows to Bickle) hate when the wubbernet beats me like that.. the lyrics are awesome though, gonna give the first game a retry and look at it afresh, completing a series like that has got to be something to treasure....

also glad to see you've restocked, and experiencing an Indian Summer we've had two days of "patchy showers" which translated from our useless weather service equates to two days of torrential rain... grrrrr!

It's definitely a trilogy worth playing through. There are some stand-out moments across all three games and some brilliant storytelling when it could so easily have been just another mindless cover-based shooter.

Out drinking in the evening sun in October = Freaky. Its the end of the world I tells ya!

Well if this is how it ends..:)

Though unfortunately I've had none of it, torrential rain, Friday, Saturday and Sunday it decided to threaten us with rain and lo and behold I head back to work today and the sun comes out :( though nowhere near the temperatures you've been having...

(digs out gears of war special edition....blows dust off)

ahhaaa!!

Must of swapped weather then this week because it's been peeing down here lol. But with weird muggy electrical storm type weather which has, literally, been doing my head in! Whats your gamer tag btw? Is it the same as your blog handle?
